Default How do the large cube LSx motors do against the Terminator Cobra's?

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how something like a 408 (near stock weight) with FAST 102, TFS heads, supporting mods, Circle D 5C (4k) stall and 3.89 rear gear would do against a full bolt on Pullied/Ported Terminator Cobra?

Make sure car hooks. They can trap 128 and up. They will start coming up strong after 1/8 mile. On street get them hot(let them take off on first race and act like something is wrong with the car or meet somewhere that requires a long trip and run them right away with no cool down). Do the usual tricks of staging first, over inflate front tires, barely trip beams, low gas level, wax hood and roof etc

K I was just kind of curious. I don't have anything planned with one or anything.

I also will be spraying 200-250 shot on top of the 408, I was just curious how it'd do NA. I imagine with the 200, even KB cobras shouldn't be too much of an issue?

Not really a problem for my old N/A 408. I had done some fine tuning before I sold it. The guy I sold it to had it dynoed right away. And made 523 iirc. Which is par for a non max effort 408 in my oppinion. It was lighter than them too. And made good power through the RPMs. Most I ever ran wanted rolls. Get into the big blower swapped cars on race gas or e85 and they go pretty good.
but a stock blower or pullied car, no not a chance

How is the car off the shot? If its setup for spray then its not going to be ideal.

With a good driver it will be a close race, but from a dig a T56/IRS car will have trouble. Now with an auto is a different story, I've taken down my fair share of LS cars in my stock longblock, VMP car.

Ported or pullied you likely win. If its on E85 youll definitely have a harder time. An E85 Whipple car should be a good run for you, Correctly done they should trap 137-143mph blower swapped an on E85. I make 750rwhp on my new set up, havent ran at the track yet though. I went 132-133 on pump gas 91 and 15psi.

600+ft/lb or tq at 2000rpm is why most like rolls, hard to hook on the skreets.

it took a blower swap with massive boost for you to get near my bolt on car

so it wasn't strange. Just like i said it was.
