C6Z is for real. Even a LS3 C6 with bolt ons is a tough out. |
Reason I ask is because I had a h/c/I c6z and ran a 10.6 and the t/a ran a 10.9 all motor on race fuel. Figured with 100shot should be close 😨 |

A h/c c6z can be formidable if done right. Problem is most don't do them right .....well....because most don't have a fucking clue. 10.6 for a h/c c6z is shit. 10.6 for a bolt on c6z is shit. As a comparison lazerlemon and i made his bolt on ls3 c6 run 10.5@132. There were changes that could have been made to make that bolt on combo faster. It was far from maxed out or max effort. |

So in a OHC engine the cam lobe does the opening of the valves it and it has essentially a 1:1 ratio or even a 1.1:1 ratio depending on set up. Thus is why changing out rocker arms means youre not bolt ons. |
