Default Haha, what, 40 year old woman wants to race?

Well, I was on my way back from school last night. I had a friend in the car and a ton of **** in the back seat. Anyway, we get to this really weird spot on the highway where there is a stoplight. It is red, and there is no one ther yet. Then some lady in a 2001?+ Hyundai elantra pulls up next to me. She looks to be about 40ish, and is really tiny, with BIG glasses. She looks over and starts waving. The light turns green, and I just pull out normally. She hits it and continues waving. By the time I hit second gear, im thinking to myself, WTF!!!??? So, I decide to gun it, and it doesn't take long to catch up to her and pass her. I get to about 70-75ish and let off, because that is what I was planning on cruising at. Well, a few seconds later, the flyby comes. The lady keeps waving and goes by. She slows down after a bit, and I end up passing her. Again, she hits it and pulls a flyby, waving the whole time. She hits like 95, and at this point my friend and I are practically in tears, we are laughing so hard. I wonder if she was actually trying to race

+1 Kill for you Milla. The flybye that happened meant she was racing.
I like the way you try to make your car seem faster than it is by mentioning the fact you were weighed down by all the crap you had in the back and another occupant.

That's gotta be one hell of a cam!

This statement alone leads me to believe you gained ZERO HP.

Yea I was big pimpin' in a 89 Dodge aries before I came across my formula.

I have a somewhat realated story. On the way back from K-mart I was trying to avoid a race with a WRX-STi becuase I had my 3 roomies and as many groceries as you can fit in an f-body so I knew I probably wouldn't even hang. Then (damn you karma) the light in front of the STi turns red and i pull up beside it praying she wouldn't try me ( I had been braging to my roomies earlier about my car and I really didn't wanna go down already). So I get up there and there is a 50+ year old woman driving this STi!! Maybe her son got in trouble so she took the car she probably bought for him back?!? Anyway, we both pull out normally and the roomies still give me hell for not even trying. College guys, what can ya do?
