Porche goes down swinging!

Porsche goes down swinging! My girlfriend and i were heading to the Movies and i found this real sharp Porsche 911 Carrara,Convert (Big fat tires and aftermarket wheels,probably not a Turbo though)driving up ahead going our direction.
Now my NEW girlfriend has never been in the SS when i raced anyone and i did not know how she was going to take it!
The middle aged man would not look in my direction,BUT he would accel just enough to be ahead by a nose in traffic.
Now i laughed at this ,but my Girl said he did not want to race and i should stop worrying about him. I told her he was VERY interested in a race and just watch.
We finally get to a red light and are sitting first in line,next to each-other.
I held the convertor to about 2500 and as the light turned green ,just held that rpm and let go of the brake. The Porsche JUMPS big time into the intersection,so i tried my best to not blow up my poor KDWS BFG's. By the time we got into second gear i went by him and put probably 1.5-20 cars between us by 3rd.
I slowed down and the Porsche guy would not come even with us again.
Maybe a little butt-hurt,i guess that is just my opinion.
Race was all motor and even though i wanted to spray for "Effect" i did not.
Made me smile the rest of the night.

Can't beleive i forgot to add that part!
She LOVED it,laughed out loud and said she wanted to race someone with the Nitrous next.
I told her we would find a race when i added a new pair of DR's.
My car ran 11.98@115 with these street tires and my old convertor and the 100 shot jets.

1.5 - 20 cars? Lol thats kinda vague. Like how much did you dyno? 300rwhp - 3990rwhp. Somewhere in that range.

If it was a newer car (996) and didn't have a fixed wing then it wasn't a turbo.

Normally i roll on Nitoo drag radials,but i have BFG KDWS rubber on the rear(Slippery stuff).
No dyno with mods
. Only dyno was dead stock (289.9/297.7 HP/TQ).Need tuning so i figured i would get it all done at once,DYNO and TUNE.
Looks like i forgot a period in my 1.5-2.0 cars,statement
