00 WS6 vs 04(i think) srt-4 AAHAHAHAHa.
okay, this race hasn't happened yet. but a girl i work with knows a guy with a silver srt-4.
Guy agreed to race. But is quiet on the mods (im gonna think stock)
wooot! i'm gonna clean out the car (got a ****-ton of junk in the back), take out the headers that arent installed yet (mumble)...and yank out the backseats.
I'm thinking he might be spraying "it wont take me long to get ahead of him"
I'll post here as the race goes down, and who knows! i might make a friend to race more. buwhahahaha.
lemme know what you guys think the outcome will be.

If he at least has an exhaust and is spraying then he will be at 11 sec range trapping about 116mph+. If he has more then expect him to be at 120+. If he isnt spraying and has the basic bolt-ons then he can be anywhere from 103mph-112mph trapping range

"If" he is stock, you should have no problem beating him if you are a decent driver.
"If" he is spraying, you WILL NOT catch him with your mods. In fact, if you beat him off the line (which you should), he's going to be the one who's going to comes walking by you. My buddy has an exhaust, boost controller, and N20 (100 shot).... he traps 115 spraying in 2nd gear. Don't race from a roll if he is spraying.....it'll be ugly.
Because you basically have a stock LS1, and have NO IDEA what mods he is running, I wouldn't laugh to soon dude.... You may be in for a rude awakening.... especially since you think you can catch a spraying SRT is a near stock LS1.

Wow thats lame, does he know about cars or is he just another clueless person who happened to buy a fast car and knows nothing about other cars because Ive talked to many a people who have no idea that 98-02 F-bodies have the LS1 in them and he might have asked around and found out and back out of the race. Either way race him when you get a chance but dont be too cocky because the SRT-4's arent slow by any means and like everyone else has said you could be in for a rude awakening and find yourself shelling out $20 to fill his gas tank.
