2 Races in 1 night (Long) Well me and my girl went out friday night and wouldnt you know it i managed to get into 2 races. That is very unsual considering ive had the car since may and this was only my 2nd and 3rd street race.
Well anywayz the first was between me and a turbo prelude. I know it was a ricer but i had to see if he wanted to play when i saw it said turbo across the back instead of Prelude. He did want to play but it was a sad showing. He got on it a few time and i just eased through the gears easily keeping up with him. Well then we get stopped at a light there were not any lanes open so instead of beside him i got behind him. Light goes green and he rolls out slow. The he takes of (i guess you could call it that) I pushed the pedal through the floor (spun real hard) grab second and had to hit my brakes to keep from putting my nose up his ***.
Race #2 was with a LT1 T/A. Now i will say that i didnt start this one. I pull out onto the road behind this t/a and he is going about 45 in a 55. So i pull over to pass i wasnt flying by or anything and as i am ready to pull back into my lane he decides he wants to race and cuts me off from getting back into my lane on a two lane road. So i pull it down in 3rd and glide by get in my lane and almost get hit in the ***. He then proceeds to follow me onto the road i turned onto, i had my car down in first Traction control off and he decides he wants to get right up on my rear. At somewhere between 25 and 30 i Layed it to the floor once again spun hard, grabbed second and waved by by to the LT1. Im not sure he really even tried to race i think he was just being an *** because when i hit 3rd there were about 8 car lengths in between me and him.
