Today comin home from work I got off 4 exits earlier than normal cuz I know a place that is cheaper with gas and its a Chevron.Anyways, I pull up to the first light after getting off the ramp an behold there is a greenish or blueish or some kinda colored Z28 at the light I pull up and look over.He said "I've been waiting for you all day" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> I said "Oh yeah" and he said"yup what year is that?" and I said"It's a 98.What year is yours?.Lookin over as I ask.He said"It's a 99" and I said"Oh yeah,Ls1 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> "by this time I had already seen his front end and I had seen his stock exhaust so I figured he was stock.So I said"I might be a little faster than you"and he chuckled So he asked"Is it 6 speed or automatic?"and I responded"It's auto" So he said"we go on green from a 30 roll"and I said"Ok".Light goes green and I arm my Nitrous <img border="0" alt="[evil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" /> we hit 30 and we both hit it at the same time my tranny down shifted and I started to spin so we were side by side so I got off and then on again really fast and got traction.Immediatly I started leaving him hard.I shut down at 85 or so and looked in my rear-view mirror and he was like 3-4 bus lengths behind.He rolled up and said"dang,that thing is hella modified huh?I nodded and said"nitrous oxide" so we pull over and chit-chat a little bit and head on our separate ways with props to both of our cars.He was a really cool guy.Well another one for the wicked 98 <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" /> He also had a passenger with him and hella other stuff in his trunk so that didn't help him either <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Nice kill. There is nothing wrong with being a cannibal. It's all in fun, right??? And also at least you know you are gonna get a good race compared to some of the other stuff out there.

I agree 100% not to many challanges out there any more. If my buddie ever stoped modding his ls1 there would be no challanges at all.

Im going to have you buy even more this summer no more traction problems. See you at the track i hope your ready. Your going to have to break into the low 11s or maybe even high 10s to beat me.

Your right we will settle this come summer. I have a few surprise for you. Ive invested a little more money into her this winter. <img border="0" alt="[pimp]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_pimp.gif" /> One last question Are you going to get mad when the hazards come on and your looking at them while your still at the 60foot mark. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I use to be scared to race the new LS1s but after racing you im not. And dont worrie you will not get the hazards. I would not want to waste the power from my batter on you... Talk to ya latter bro. Got to go do some work.Seeya
