My cool but spoiled buddy just got a 2001 boxter s from his parents, I have a 99 z28 with a borla exhaust...think I can give him a run? The S is all stock, 5 speed


edit: the car is rated around 250hp and 225 lb torque

Not sure what my car is doing, should be around 310-315 at the wheels

You will beat him. The Boxsters arent that fast, I'm pretty sure they are 14 sec. cars. Long live the LS1

This race will be a rapin'. A Boxster S runs with stock LT1's, if not a little slower. Put some money on it since it'll be his parents money anyways.

The 2005 Boxster S on the other hand....will give a stock F-body a good run.

^ The brand new '05 997 Carrera would give a stock LS1 a damn good run (the Carrera S is another story), but the '05 Boxster S is still between the LT1 and LS1.

The Boxer S is Slow as **** for the Price! There Low 14's Stock, beilive me you will hand him his *** w/ Ease! People who drive them think there Fast but they need 2 think twice. I have raced a couple and they have been a huge waste of my Gas, but I got to show them who wears the Pants. Had them by Bus Lengths.
