Blown 350Z & his sidekick "Numnutz"

Blown 350Z & his sidekick "Numnutz" I ran into these 2 new Z's getting onto the highway. Numnutz, in a stock-looking, white convertible is following his friend in a flared fendered, wide tired Z with 2 large exhausts. Looked nice, not ricey, no fartcans or stickers. Medium gray metallic. Lowered but not slammed. Sounds good too.
I need to get in the right lane to get on the highway but Numnutz wants to stay on his buddy's *** even if it means blocking me out. I give it some gas, then tranny downshifts and I claim the spot. Now Numnutz is irritated, but we get on the highway and there's traffic for a little while. My girlfriend is with me, working the laptop (tuning session).
We finally get a clear spot, and I'm behind the nice Z. He's got pillar gauges and they usually mean boost. Numnutz is next to me. The nice Z punches it and Numnutz decides he is in the same horsepower class as his friend, he also punches it and cuts in on me. I was going to let the nice Z get a little jump, then reel him in. Numnutz almost loses his trunk and full left rear because I've also downshifted and started to pull.
I back off, then easily swing around Numnutz, who is now glaring at me behind his Terminator sunglasses, and pull back behind his friend who is moving along at like 85. Numnutz is immediately back about 8 cars, cuz he's stock as far as I can tell.
The nice Z makes a couple pulls to maybe 115, I just stay right with him, then on the last pull, finally a clear lane on his right, and just rape him. I see his FMIC in the middle of his grill. Not today, bud. Never see Numnutz again, but his type is always around.
The nice Z slows down to like 60 and won't budge, so we went off to tune.
Saw a Z06, a Lightning, and some Aston Martin, but my girl was a little freaked and said she was helping me only if I didn't race with her in the car.

fairly quick????, i guess you mean the TT 350z's, everything else is fairly slow

Nice kill. 350zs aren't slow to whoever is thinking that. They're about on par with a new mustang gt, slight edge going to the gt. bolt-ons don't do much, but plenty of guys out there with turbos, twin turbos, superchargers, and nitrous that will put down so nice power. TT definitely not necessary just to make it fast.

i guy in my area has a tt 350z with all the goodies, ive seen him at the track run every duoble didget number you could think of. i think he was tuning it or hes just that bad of a driver....

fastest stock time for a 350z i have seen is 13.6@102 and that was with an auto. but i dont think any manuals have gone anyhting below 13.6 either or trapped any higher.
lets put it this way in my 2005 GP GXP i was able to pull away from a 350z from a 50mph roll till 130. had about 1 1/2 cars on him.
so no their not in the same league as ls1's but they are quick... but slow for the name their carrying.
