Friends Dad's SRT-4 Goes Down... So yea for awhile now my friend who is in a few of my classes has told me about his dads SRT-4 because I've seen it around town and he wanted to tell me what all he is planning on doing to it....anyways on my way back from a friends house (who is riding along with me, plus the full tank of gas I had bought this morning) so we wanted to see what all my car could do at this altitude, we had just installed cats on the car a few weeks before hand and had not had the chance to see what it would run. So as I'm pulling out of his neighberhood took 1st upto around 30, 2nd upto 50 then 3rd upto around 60, so my car was already making a shitload of noise before hand. I am stopped at a stoplight at my school when I see a black car pull out... all I know at this point is that it is a neon, I turn to my friend and say" That looks like an Srt-4" and he turns back and is like" no way the spoiler is not high enough" 
anyways we go back and forth with this for a few seconds, so I decide to get the arguement over with and I drop the car into 2nd and get up next to the Neon. Lo and behold it is the only Black Srt that is around my area, so imediatly sp? I am thinking sweet I dont have any good runs with the cats yet.. anyways I look over and throw him a rev, he is sittin with a younger guy who waves and he drops it down, THE RACE IS ON, this is from about a 45-50 roll I don't believe he was ready because he dropped back behind about 4 car lengths. So I get onto one of the major streets and he follows, so we go down awhile till we get a red light and we line up. Now I get to see what we have going on with this guy, so the green light drops and we both let loose our cars, 1st-2nd I spin the tires and he stays at my door but once I catch 3rd I get about a 2 carlength lead, we shut down around 80 and we throw eachother a rev and a wave and head our seperate ways... I called my friend who informs me that his dad is out with one of his siblings in his SRT and says that he'll ask him when he gets back if he raced me... Anyways thats my first race I posted on here what y'all think..

yeah, the turbo neon wa a sweet spot of about 40-45 so beware when you race from a roll with them. They seem to be always racing from there and they usually never give it up.....another reason i love snacking them hard!!!

With these srt-4s its eaither extream, they are ussaly bone stock or have upgraded turbos. Most of them don't just boost up the stock turbos and call it a day.

I think he's tryin to say that their either stock or their heavily modded.... but I just found out that he was too afraid to actually go 100, so I'm going to see if he wants to go to again but this time from a stop.. how do you think that I'll do against him from a stop, anyways if he actually takes the bait I'll get my brother to record it.
