My buddy and I were headed to In & Out to get some of those good burgers. On the way I passed a 300ZX with stickers, driver leaning so much to the back I can barely see him. All of a sudden I hear the ZX accelerate, but I think nothing of it. So we catch a light and we are side by side. When the light turns green, he pulls out like he wants some. My buddy looks over and says "Are you going to let him get away with that?" I laugh and said "Ok, let's try him..." So I drop to second and caught up to him immediately. We hit a light again and he took off on green. I gave him 2 cars and I blast off and put 1 - 1 1/2 cars on him by 60. I let off and he passed me and threw on the hazzads. My buddy and I are laughing so hard now. I pulled next to him at the next light and rolled down my window and asked "Do you think you won that time?" He nods yes. I say "Ok, one more time?" He nods yes . So when the light turns green, he blasts off and I think I gave my best performance ever im my SS. I had maybe 2 - 3 busses on him when I shut down. I Love My SS

Good kill. The non-turbo 300's are turds. I had a roomate that had one with an exhaust and intake and it ran a best time of 15.2 in the 1/4. I was beating him with my '98 Neon R/T at the time (this was 7yrs ago)! Watch out for the Turbo ones though.

Great kill man! Nothing better than beating a stupid moron ricer who thinks he has the fastest car on the planet. It really chaps my *** when idiots put there hazard flashers on when they do their ricer fly-by after you put several car lengths on them. I've learned not to mess with them so much anymore. They're all the same. They saw Fast And Furious and think putting their little fart can muffler on and all their stupid stickers on, they think they have a hot rod car. Anyways, take it easy man.

I had a 5.0 put on his flashers after he jumped on me and we held dead even and then i let off after seeing that we were not pulling away from each other. Pissed me off, really gay of him to do that, i know he got the jump, fairly, i might add, and that we were =. I guess since i let off first he thought he pulled me?

yea stock 300zarent arent crap but the TT 300z's stock were i belive low to mid 13 stock. and strapped fairly well also. i think on the average just alittle slower than the ls1

And that's the worst time I seen from a magazine with those times for the 300zx. It was a high 13 second car unless we are talking an auto because it had only 280hp.

It gave the lt1 motor a better rating than the supra turbo motor. Take it mind, we are talking stock.

I had something like that happen to me once when me and my buddy were driving down the road. This little honda comes up revvin his engine and downshifts, holding his revs high as hell. Im going about 40 in my A4 so I drop to 2nd, punch it for about 1 second and then hit the brakes before I'm going 50mph. He goes flying away thinking it's a race and I don't have to look at him anymore. It was hilarious me and my friend were laughing our asses off. I suggest everyone tries that at least once on a ricer...
