Video. WS6 vs 410whp 240 My boy'sWS6 has mild blower cam, mild ported heads, 4.10's long tubes/high flow cats, 305'nitto's.... with a weak tranny, it made 355. Now the tranny has been rebuilt,....and we have no new numbers for it yet.
No idea what it makes.
The 240 it races, is on low boost, makeing 410whp on micky thompsons.

Actually, the race stayed the same at the launch, as it did at the end of the track.. the 240 didn't catch him till about 130/135 mph, well after the quarter for my friend. We're all curious to how it's gonna run now at the track since it has a freshly rebuilt and upgraded 4L60 done by Chris here at work. The kid can build tranny's. Spray will go back on the WS6 this week, and i'll let you guys know how she performs at the track.

Its time for high boost and spray for sure, nice driving both. That tranny really did its thing getting the power down on launch. Honestly Im surprised the 240 caught him at all, I would expect a slight advantage to the F-Body at the really high speeds. :shrug:

Bro, I think the 240 on HIGH boost makes "560whp"...So, the car DOES have *****.
The TA got him twice, both from a dig. It spun all though 1st gear but, it was gaining nice ground. Spray will go back on the TA this week. Probably a 150 shot, wet, will get 'er done. We really need to re-tune the TA cause, we/I think it'll make more power with a tighter transmission. His was soo beat up, it was nasty. I think he's got a stall now as well.
I'll see if I can get him to post up.

Hey dat looks like my car...... lol.....Spray will be in tomorrow and i will be at the track on friday....and yes i will be spraying a 150 shot wet.....car def. feels stronger now with the new tranny and stall.....vids from the track probably up next week....hey Jamie u riding to the track on friday???

Awesome race man, you spun well through 1st gear and still held him off(i was the flagger).... Now if we could just get mike to post the vids of me vs him and the turbo fox, but i guess the result embarassed him .......

240 driver needs some practice. He has 50whp and probably 600-700 pounds on the T/A. That should have been a beating.
Unless the 240 couldn't catch traction, but he still should have caught him sooner.
