That red car was a beast. Why did it take the police so long to get there? There were like 100people standing in the middle of the street at least 1ft. away for the cars as they raced- dangerous :o

No doubt. Kinda looks like Rankin Rd. only a lot tighter. Not a good thing at all, this from a hardcore Streetracer. I like going to the spot in the country (no driveways or crosstreets) with just the two runners and the flagger. Bring a camcorder if ya wanna watch. Forget the trains.

I seriously have never seen that kind of F and F BS in real life. I gues the last town I lived in just had to few morons.

All the street races I know about up here are like that, sometimes you get a little more space. I wont race at them because i think its to dangerous but a lot of my friends like it. Maybe i need some new non ricer friends.

I'll never understand that. Running someone from a roll on the highway is one thing, but cordoning off entire sections of main streets just seems idiotic. Why cant you just bring it to the track if you want to race in front of that many people???
Where in CT is this?

as far as street racing goes, that has its pro's and con's
pro: they have (looks like) blocked of traffic so they dont have to worry so much about someone pulling in front of them well they are doing 110
con: if someone doesnt hook up alot of people are gonna get hurt.
I cant talk **** about street racing, I did it and still sometimes do. But I prefer to run on back country roads. they probably do it there because its closer than a country road.
The big thing I see alot of people say is: take it to the track. But they forget that alot of these cars wont pass tech. Plus at the track you are limited to the 1/4, on the street you can run as far and fast as you want.
