G35 coupe Vs ME.... i really didnt want to race him but he kept saying that my car was american POS so i agreed to race him for a full tank of gas.
he has catback/CAI in BRAND NEW 2005 black g35 coupe M6 with 2500 miles and he told me he ran low 13 at the track. stupid me cuz i fell for it.
i really wish I had the video but unfortunally hez got it.
i raced him from a dig and from a 50 punch.
no contest watsoever. i dont know why im posting this kill but i just thought that it was funny how he came up with these excuses.
1.i had a full tank of gas.
2.i had a passenger.
3.stock tires.
4.i have bigger rims/ heavier??
5.only a 6 banger.
6.itz a sport/luxury car not a drag car.
7.not sure about this but he said hez car is HEAVIER...
last one was the best... he said he just got this car brand new so he needs a break-in milage.
therefore it wasnt a fair race so hez not goin to give me a full tank of gas..
i just left him without saying a word.

aren't G35 a bit slower than these new 350Z . I've beaten a 350Z with an intake and exhaust, other than first gear which i spun hard I took him a couple cars. So excuses number 1, 2, and 4 are stupid since they are not gonna give him .5 sec. off his time just to keep up with you. But excuses 5, 6, and 7 are just funny since he agreed to drag race.

its a 298 bhp 3.5, and the curb weight is pretty close to ours. The weight would be determined by drivers/passengers/factory options. and with those bolt ons he MIGHT hit mid 13s, but I would say probably high 13s if hes an average driver.

Yea g35's are nice, I might pick one up next summer once my navigator is paid off. They are fast but not good comp, even for a stock f-body. Also I agree I would with the bmw comment. They want 30K for the lowest 3-series with minimal options, while a g35 coupe is about 35k optioned out...no contest IMO.
