procharged vette vs.600+rwhp supra I was driving down the highway going to a local car meet when I noticed a white supra ahead of me(you know what I'm thinking). I pull up beside him and see it's a local car that goes to the same meet. I said hi downshifted into second and give him the nod then I told him to take the hit and he did. He jump out about a hood lenght when I nailed it reeling him in and putting 2-3 cars on him by the time I got to 4th.
It was a good race and a good measure of what I'll have to do to beat the 800+ rwhp supra that should be ready next week!

Sounds like fun! Keep up the good work and remember to find your best sweet spot to run that 800 hp Supra from. I would try to start from around 40mph or so. I think that you will give him more than he is probably planning on. Any idea what gears he has? I think that they come with 3.70 ish stock if I remember right.?.

Theres a guy thats suppose to race a Supra. He has an 04 Cobra.... and the Cobra puts down over 800 ftlbs of torque!... its a ported eaton on the bottle. Supra puts down 550rwhp. It should be a good race... the driver on the Cobra kinda sucks though. He's the one that lost to an srt-8..... ill have a vid!

Do the stock Eaton Cobras really make that much torque? I have a buddy with a bolt-on Cobra that made 700 ft. lbs. with a 100 shot, and 550 whp. I thought the dyno was screwed up.

anything on the bottle at 3500 rpm can make that much more torque than horsepower.

The 800+rwhp car is a six speed car. I'm not sure what gears the car has, but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough!
The white supra I ran had a carbon fiber hood(not painted). I think he runs a 62mmturbo with 850cc inj. and other supporting mods!
