Me vs. cammed/sprayed ls2 gto...

Me vs. cammed/sprayed ls2 gto... So I was driving back from this girls appartment I was swimming at...
I had my Float crammed in the car (i could barely fit it in and close the hatch, lol).
I see a pewterish looking gto in my rear view mirror.
he pulls up next to me, I down shift into 2nd and we're off.
There was like no traffic, which i guess is understandable for a sunday. Took it up to about 120 or so, maybe pulled like 4 cars or so on him.
The car was over heating like a bitch though afterwords... I need to get this fixed.
The guy was a nice guy, said he put down 48x rwhp and 56x rwtq on the 150 shot he sprayed, but since then he added a big cam and stall, so Id guess he was making close to 600 rwtq and 500+ rwhp if not more.
I couldnt see **** out of my mirror though cause of the float, lol.
It was a fun race though, he held his own pretty good though.
I would guess I am probably putting down upper 600's, low 700's right now due to some of the heating/tuning issues, so the sig isnt as accurate right now.

I'm the guy in the goat. 
he got me fair in square. his car is bad ***!!
Before we started I yelled to him " I thought I'd have a chance until I saw your license plate" lol
then he told me about the turbo. I kinda expected it, but you know how it goes... still gotta see what happens.

Yea, no hard feelings AND is willing to race again. You guy's on this board rock. All so friendly and nice about your races. Not something I'm very used to I'll have to say.

I just go out to have fun, not make someone feel bad that their car isnt as fast.
As long as you have something thats somewhat of a challenge, im down to race, win or lose.

Smitty, that's a pretty clean car you got. In that picture, it looks like your running stock tires, is this true? Nice trim on cleaning up the engine bay though, all in good working order I see. Props man.

Stock tires on the front. In that picture.. I was running 275 nitto drag radials on the back.
i've got 275 mickey thompson E/T streets on the back now.
