FWIW, I ran next to one during a time trial at SAR in my wife's nearly bone stock '00 B4C and beat him by a couple tenths.

I played with an SRT-8, a nice silver one, he was behind me and acting like an *** trying to overtake me, ended up like 35 car lengths back when I let off. It wasnt even worth posting in the kills. They are only low 13 cars.

Hell dude, F-bodys weren't any quicker from the dealers, of course you killed him! I would asume that with just some basic mods they'd be quite potent, as with our cars (but I could see the weight thing being a big problem for them, they're huge!)

I raced a brand new one with DMV stickers in the window. I gave him the jump and I put a bus length on him NA before I let off. I appreciated his car. He gave me the thumbs up and I gave him the thumbs up back. He was cool.

A month or so ago a silver Srt8 Charger as well tried to play. I was heading towards the freeway and he tried antagonizing me. I romped it a couple of times and put a few cars on him. He followed me onto the freeway and tried to play some more. I rarely play on the streets, but he kept irratating me. Once we got onto the freeway I let him get beside me and I gave him the jump from about 45. After I put quite a few buses on him he didnt want to play anymore and just stayed back. I slowed down to get off on my exit and gave him a thumbs up. He did as well.

I do agree that once they start getting modded they'll be pretty quick for what they are.

ive run an all black charger srt-8 and one of the charger daytona r/t's and handily beat them both... the owners tend to think they are alot faster than they really are and get big headed

I've run several "hemi" vehicles on the highway. Each ended in the same result...lots
of tail lights fading into the distance for them.

i know the hemi truck owners are kinda cocky, they get that "hemi" label and think there god, thats honestly the most common vehicle ive raced....3 of them to be exact, they just taunt u and try to act badass, i dont care if the engine is like some 15L (fictional) its not gonna carry that heavy *** truck past my heavy *** car. its nice to stroke one and be like go tow a boat **** sucker....ahhh i feel better now

A lot of them think "HEMI?!? i'm the fastest **** on the street!" Although I have seen dyno graph of supercharged SRT-8 of over 500 rwhp.
