Can I take him? Alrite, ive raced a bunch around here..lost a few times, won a handfull. A kid wants to run me with a 98 ( i believe) Indianapolis 500 pace convertable corvette. Its bone stock, 6 speed manual and the kid cant drive for ****. Its his grandpas car he just happens to be spoiled. I believe that year came with 2.73 gears right?
Will I be able to take him? '99 Z, 1SC car, intake,exhaust, tuned, 3.73's.
We would go from a dead stop or like a 20 roll, either would be up to about 100mph. I cant hook that great but if I concentrate I can decently. His is a M6, mines an A4.

If he can't drive then he's prolly running mid to high 13's. So if you can dip in real close to the 12's you should have him. Doesn't matter how fast the car is if the driver doesn't know how to get through the gears.
