At work everyday I have to hear one of my co-workers brag about his car and how he has never lost a race in 2 years. I usually keep my mouth shut and just laugh in my head about some of the stuff he says. He is always making **** up that doesnt exist just to sound cool to some of the 16 year olds we work with (i work at panera bread). I usually drive my v6 firebird to work but the other day i drove my Z28. He saw it and immeaditly started talkin ****. He was sayin that he will race me for 200 bucks video tape it and put it on streetfire after he kills me by at least 4 car lengths. He has an 03 cobra with intake and exhaust and a bunch of apperance junk. My Z28 has full suspension, intake, !muffler. Descreened maf, !air,!egr. And today it went in the shop to get a torquer 2 cam put in. My question to you guys is will i win now or should i wait untill i put in my torque converter. I know with the 3200 stall it will beat him but without it can i still beat him?

p.s. i have a 100 dry shot but do not intend on using it

Its a 03 with just a intake and exhaust?

If thats all its got, and you getting a cam you should walk him no problem.

I bet you a dime to a dollar the turd has a pulley. It is a nod that is difficult to tel; and is very cheap. Why would he spend the cash on those things and not pulley? I would assume the ****** has 450-460 rwhp. I would only race hime if you where spraying. Get it and dont say a word. Or race the guy just for fun. No cash!

spray him. if he says why do you need it, ask why he needs the s/c. add insult to injury, shut him up for good. with a cam, stall, and spray you should walk him. dont forget ur tune.

I know for a fact all it has is intake and exhaust because he was trying to tell everyone all this **** it has but one of my trainers at work owns a 04 termintator with 624 rwtq and he called him out and proved that it only has intake and exhuast.

I sure hope your not planning on running that cam without the new verter! Get the verter and cam installed and tuned, then spray his *** and make sure everyone sees this go down!

Make sure you have sticky tires if possible, a stalled auto with your planned mods and sticky tires will rip him a new ******* off the line and he won't be catching up
