Default Tested the Procharger on a Cobra

I finally got a chance to run my car against something worthy since I got it supercharged. I ran into a guy at a gas station with an anniversary edition 03 cobra with CAI only. He was a cool guy and just wanted to hear my car run so we hit the interstate. We ran from a 50 roll and I put around 8-10 cars on him up to 115. We both knew who would win, but he wanted to hear my car and I wanted to get an idea how fast my car is. I was suprised how fast it is. Cant wait to get the new pulley and turn up the boost a little. I'm looking for 550rwhp.

Gulp (he he). What kind of upgrades did you make to the bottom end? How much did the install and charger cost? I bet the Cobras of the world would have hated if Chevy had ever decided to charge the LS1 in stock form - lol!!!

Completely stock bottom and heads. I installed the charger myself. I bought it used for 3900.00. What really cost me was the clutch, adjustable master cylinder, new slave cylinder, flywheel, assorted gauges, racetronix fuel system and tune. I had the clutch and other goodies installed for time reasons. I guess the whole thing cost me somewhere around 7 to 8 thousand. I'm not quite where I want to be yet, but I think meth injection a new pulley and retune will get me there. That should cost less than 1000.00.
