Default lame!

this race happened at the track, but the "drag racing results" forum appears to be mostly for individual racing results, so i figured i'd post it here. sorry if i'm wrong. i ran a RICED OUT 99 trans am today at the track. and when i say riced out i mean:
factory spoiler delete and a wing put in it's place
a really ugly body kit that was held together with SCOTCH tape
gutted interior with stains from every mess he ever made all over the floor and doors
and a chopped off exhaust. yea, he literally sawed it off right after the cat
anyway, we ran and i beat him pretty bad at the light (.355 to a .573).
my friends had the camera at the finish line and it's clear that his nose was at my front wheel as we crossed so it was close. and unfortunately the win lights at the track weren't working so he was going by the timeslips cause technically he did make a faster pass (me: 8.823 him: 8.795). but he wouldn't cough up the twenty dollars we were racing for. apparently he didn't take my head start into account. and he wouldn't even look at the video. i was so frustrated. ever happened to anyone else? it SUX!

scotch tape actually does offer a greater hp gain over stickers.

first one to the finish line wins, PERIOD. His jump on hin .573- .355 = .218 compared to a difference of 8.823 - 8.795 = .028 at the finish. Seeing that .218 - .028 = .190. This shows that fbodyfreek reached the finish line first by .19 sec.

yea, it's a concept that you gotta think about for a second. in heads up the first one to the finish line wins regardless of ET. the timer doesn't start until after you roll through the stage beams. so if you wanted to you could actually sit at the tree for an hour after the green light comes on and still run a time consistent with your other ones. i wish RICE AM knew that.

really? cause i was sure more stickers equaled more power. especially the ones that say kenwood, lol
