slow trans am

well friday night i meet up with a few friends for some friendly runs. we hit up the free for some 50mph rolls.

first race is me "intake catback ls1" vs turbo civic. three beeps were off... i pull about 2 cars at the start ( he let me get a jump) he starts blowing by me as i shift to third. he keeps pulling and pulling so i let off. not sure on how many cars behind i was. well the guy was pretty happy since i had beat his old setup. we both knew i was gonna get rocked this time but i let him have his revenge.

so the next race is a s15 swapped 240. it just recently put down 260whp. so we line up from a 50 roll. three beeps and i jump out a 1/2 car. we stay pretty even and he ends up about 3/4- 1 car behind me.we let off around 130. we also did a few other runs with the same results.

Nice runs.. Yeah a pretty much stock LS1 is going to lose to a 500+ Civic. No shame there. Man can you image what 500hp in a 1 ton car feels like?

Also nice kill on the 240. It seems you ran two cars with nearly 1/2 your weight.

ya i know both of the people and i've rode shotgun i the civic.

his 513 is on pump gas and 17psi. soon to be rqce fuel and 35psi.
