01 SS vs Mach 1

01 SS vs Mach 1 It was late at night and the streets were pretty empty. Im going a little over speed limit and I find myself coming up to a red light with a Mach 1 sitting at it.
I glance over... and sure enough he's eyeballing. My friend in the passanger seat says something along the lines of "***** him".... and seeing as how I had just dynoed my car earlier in the day at 323whp with intake and exhaust (no headers at the time) and feeling a little cocky.... i was happy to oblige....
Light turns green.... we slowly come to about a 10mph roll door to door and pretty much punch it simultaneously...... i feel my tires wanting to break loose but stay on it all the way thru 1st and 2nd.... shut down after about 1 second in third... and have put 2 cars on him and still pulling nicely...
I was expecting a little more from the Mach1 cuz my buddy has one and it's pretty fast.... but it also had a tune + intake + exhaust....
It was fun.... I hadn't had a street race in a very long time....

Haha... yea.. my last race before that was a Jaguar Type R.... i got owned by about a car and a half....
Yesterday I also ran into a Z28.... bastard didnt want to race fairly and he practically did a flyby.....only i was able to catch him and pull even with his bumper.... I think i would've got the kill if it had been a straight up drag race...
I personally think its even better looking in person....
