Default Ran a V35 Skyline

I came across this car yesterday. I'm no import expert, and I didn't know new Skylines were in the US, so looking at it I thought it was a G35 riced out with a Skyline badge on the back end. It was blue and a very cool looking car, left hand drive and no spoiler. To make it short, we went from about a 35mph roll and I handed it it's ***. My new BFG dr's hook good. Ended up together at the next light and I asked him if it was really a Skyline. He said yes. I thought they were supposed to be bad ***. Then I got home and looked it up and found they make just under 300hp lol. Looked just like this pic, except for the color.

Just a G35 with the Jap name on it...I see a few 350Z's with Fairlady Z badges instead...sounds pretty lame to switch to "fairlady", but oh well.

There are 3 diff skylines. The one you ran was a G35. The G35 here is the base Skyline in Japan. The new one will have AWD, 3.8lt V6 TT, 450hp +

What is the difference between a V35 and a G35 besides the badges?

I dont think anything. In 2008 Nissan is going to come out with a 2 door Altima, It looks like the old G35. The G35 is now the Altima and Inf. will get the new G37.

Just look up 2008 Skyline. No one ever talks about the base only the GT-R

So you pay extra for Skyline badges? I found this pic. Looks exactly what I raced. I personally like them, just a little slow.

You don't necessarily pay extra for the badges. In japan the G35 is the Skyline. They come in two trims the 250 and the 350. The 350 is the G35 in the States. The 250 has a smaller engine

The Altima coupe is still gonna be FWD though.
