Default killed by a Porsche GT2

I was just driving to a friends house, saw a newish GT2 merge on the freeway, he was on my *** as soon as he saw me. he hit it a few times from 50mph roll and I stayed close to him till about 90mph then we walked me bad and kept on going way into the triple digit speeds. I had my t-tops off and and I had enough. I was expecting to get walked asap, however it took a while for him to build up speed. Im bone stock and had my pedal to the floor the whole time.

anyhow that was a sweet *** Porsche wish I had $120k to blow on a car.

More like 180K. The GT2 is very quick, almost as quick as the Z06.

So how highly-modified are you?

If it's the new body style(997), it was the GT3, maybe GT3 RS if had a over-the-top wing, both 420hp.

If it was the 996 GT2(give away is the side scoops, and flat decked rear spoiler with downward canards), respectable death... they haul seriiiious serious ***. a solid mid 11 second car in capable hands stock.

it said GT2 on the rear deck lid, had a funky spoiler like a wings west kind on like supras and it had a lap time clock on the center dash.

Not shame there. That car has gobs of mid range and the chassis and driveline to use it.

I was heading up hill ~70mph when a GT2 and I went for it. This was a couple of years ago and I was in my H/C LS1. I pulled on him for about half a car, then he just walked me up until 140mph, when we shut down.

We happen to be getting off at the same exit and he asked, "Is that thing stock?"
I replied, "Not really."
He gave me a thumbs up, I did back and he blazed off, roaring that bitch up to at least 7000rpm.

Excellent car. If I had the money and was into Porsches, I'd be looking at one.

Great death, there... if you're gonna lose, let it be something worthy.

Yeah, those sumbitches can haul. If I had the 180K to buy one tho, I'd just get a C6 Z06 and pocket the leftovers. That's just my personal preference though.
