Not really a racing story, but it is a funny BENCH racing story Funny situation that happened about 15 min ago.
I was leaving walmart in the parking lot after exchanging a broken flash drive for a new one. I was leaving minding my own buisness at the parking lots stop sign. Across the way comes this pieced together Honda Civic Hatchback with this grungy looking fat hispanic guy behind the wheel. As he rolls by me he revs his fart muffler as loud as he can at me I exchanged revs. Then I decided that wasnt enough so i turned around and hunted him down, I found him and asked him if he wanted to "run em" and he said "ohh um, I cant cause a part on my car is broken?!". I asked what he had done to it and he responded saying it had a turbo, etc. I asked him how much boost he was running and he said "two something", and then said "you mean twenty something??" He then responds to me "Oh no no, its running around 42 pounds"........(Bullshit) I said "Man! Thats alot of boost for that little motor, how big is your turbo???" He responds to me showing me with his hands how big it was and saying he got it from the junkyard, I asked him "No, how many millimeters??" He changed the subject.
I asked him with my cam loping its ***** off "You think you could probably beat me?" he said "Oh no doubt! I got like twenty grand on exhaust and turbo mods"....guys bumper was held on by wood screws, etc.
He said that he raced a firebird one time and won.
I just told him ill talk to him later.
....stupid, cocky civic drivers. I mean I have seen some clean, fast *** respectable civics/imports but this guy ruined it for them.
