Ok, guilty I understand there is real fine line is it an 05 or 06? I meant to look at the vin # to confirm what it says yesterday but forgot. Had the engine not been pulled and modified the warranty would have expired 36 mths from date of purchase. As previously stated car was bought in 2005.

So the first page of this thread was great with funny storys of older people in nice cars...then the second page became a fight about older an younger people an whether or not they made a z06 in 05....i was pissed i was looking forward to more funny storys!!!

I used to work with this 50 year old lady who drove a black S2000. You'd never believe it until you saw her squeeze her fat butt into it. She even looked like a libriarian with those reading glasses on a chain.
I rode with her one time and and egged her on. She tore that thing up, powershifting it at 9000rpms, sliding sideways, and a 7000rpm clutch dump

my buddy's gradma drives a yellow c5, and his mom had a red c5 and you wanna talk about a milf, his mom that is. it pretty funny though when i see his grandma pull up at a light next me, i've meet her countless time but she doesnt seem to ever remember me. lol

Same thing here. Veteran drivers can kick some ***. No ****. Most of us, even in the younger crowds, have at least heard of guys like Gurney, Donahue, Moss, etc. But seeing a middle aged normal lady driving a car that tends to be the choice of 40ish and under males is a bit interesting. I can tell you right now if I raced a Vette with a chick looking like Kate Beckinsale behind the wheel I would mention it. And if it was Teri Hatcher the thread title would be MILF something or other.
