Frankly I'm surprised you walked him down like that... you should be fairly close in trapspeeds. But good kill.

Not sure on the specs of the bullit model but with stock A4 gears in your car I'm not surprised, surprised you passed him for 4-5 lengths though. At least you caught

The Bullitt is really just a GT w/ some minor changes... lower/stiffer suspension, the introduction of the Tremec 3650 5spd (debuted in regular GTs midway through '01), and the metal intake manifold (instead of plastic). It was initially rated at 265hp vs. the GT's 260hp, but I think they later raised the advertised hp to 270 or 275hp. The real advantage of that IM is it can be ported... many people with GT's do the swap.

GOod info on the bullitt's,only had a chance to run one and it was no faster than a GT,so that makes sense. Good Kill OP,your stock a4 gears is keeping you from pulling him off the line i would think.

Don't forget the stainless steel rolled tips on the catback. LOL They also have a different TB.

The gear change in TRanny, TB, and intake are the obvious differences. They tend to do a few tenths better ET wise as a result. They also come stock with 13" brembo brakes.

Nice kill
