noride vs z28killz Went to countyline raceway to run a couple of lsx cars .I ran another member on this site,z28killz he is a cool guy and would like to run him again.I have to say that mod 4 mod it is a drivers race .i beat z28killz and 1 other 2000 z28.also beat a 04 and 05 gt. had a great night and nothing broke

ran like 8.84@83 the ls1s were low 9s anyone who wants can pm z28killz and ask him if my car runs strong.my car made 297/305 on the dyno i added a intake spacer and tune up, so the 300 hp is a guess.z28killz thought i was lieing about my hp.it will run faster when i get tires my 60 ft sucked @ a 2.1

Ur right man, sorry,you did have ur numbers listed at 297/305. I've looked at some of my slips and some of my buddies slips and that 9 second 1/8th mile could totally be believeable from a LS1 with no traction. I used to rape LS1's out of the hole all the time in my old GT, but damn as soon as I hit 3rd they passed me like a freight train.
I feel your pain on the 2.xx 60 foots. Even with drag radials the best I could get was a 2.14. I think I need the !driver mod!

when i first got the nittos i was around 1.8 60 ft now they are shot .z28killz had 2 week old drs and was in the 2.1 to 2.5 range ,the track just sucks

so you are saying every ls1 driver sucks because i beat them .they were all running about the same time and there was about 6 fbodies that night, and the track is in south florida on a cool night so keep going with all the excuses.you lsx guys just cant give credit where credit is due

hey dave this is that guy that was gonna come up here and walk my *** if we paid for gas, thats really sad considering i trap higher than him in the 8th, and have a better ET, so sad

also u did race some shitty ls1 drivers because, the only two times ive ever missed a gear in my car at the strip i ran a 9.5@56mph because after i missed 3rd i just coasted and the other i ran an 8.8@79 missing 3rd and slowly putting it back in gear
