my first street race. so i was going down the bypass today with my girlfriend on the way to her house. went by my local napa and saw a guy with a mustang who works there and I have talked to him before cool guy. he has what i believe to be stock late 90's early 2000's mustang gt. we pull up to a red light and he shots me a rev i shot one back. light turns green and we both hit it about the same time. were dead even till about 55 (i was spinning tillaround 35-40 he spun what seemed just as much) then i slowly pull ahead (about a nose) to about 70 and shut down because there is cops everywhere where i live. all in all i dont think i did bad and think i would of kept pulling away slowly. i think he was standard shift by the way he was shifting and im a4 with system and passenger. (he had no passenger) so i was pleased with my first time.

i wanna do a motor and trans swap. i want the experince and I like the lt1 front end more then the ls1. i love my color car 2. and it will b a sleeper/ "only a lt1"

nice kill....for a sec i was going to tell you that your car needs to goto the shop if you only edged a gt by half a car......then i saw it was an lt1 lol

yea its not bad but im leaking oil and i already changed the gaskets on the valve covers so now i have to figure out where its coming from 
probably would have been better if i wasnt in o/d but gas is to expensive to drive around in regular drive
