what ******' gets me about it is that there are so damn many of these things runnin around, and nothing really stands out with these s197 other than roush* and the GT500.
everything else is minimal HP gains, fake scoops and badges. screw that crap, make another mach1. a lightweight SVT cobra, not a shelby pig500.

There's a vert here in town that has Chi Turbo on the sides. It's the same stripe as the old Boss cars, but it has Chi Turbo instead of Boss. I have to laugh every time I see it, cause I can't find anything anywhere, so somebody got worked over at a dealership for something like that.

I think she is a better driver than you, no offense. My buddy has a 07 CS with everything the factory would allow under warranty and I don't think his car could hang with a mild ls1. We haven't got it on the dyno yet but form the CS forums it looks like 300-310rwhp is as good as we will get. His car is also heavier than mine.
Good looking car though its funny that a MILF was driving it, I always tell him its a girls car.

Listen up, the Mustang GT/CS, or California Special, is an appearance package car from Ford. Like the original 1968 California Special, it includes some of the same styling cues as the Shelby Mustangs, mainly the front and rear facia, plus non-functional hood and side scoops. It also includes a few interior items that are basically the same as the Shelby's, most notably the seats. However, under the hood, it's still a Mustang GT, with no performance or suspension upgrades!

if you read my posted description of the car the most serious mods to it are the 1.5in lowered ride height and the larger air intake. standard 18in rims, only a few available colors and lower production numbers make it sort of a niche/collector mustang they can charge a couple grand more for and make some money on a dolled up GT.
like i said before, the 3.73, manual only bullit is the one that could surprise a few F-bodys, but then again they arent making many what so ever.
