3400 is about right for weight. 3400-3500.

so that would be about a 200 lb advantage not a 400 lb.

i was going off a friends 04 cobra. it was in the high 37XX range iirc

That's what I had stock. I dyno'd 394 RWHP/380 RWTQ with only a K&N/SLP Loudmouth Catback. I've heard of many guys having better numbers than me. I say tree him is your best bet, but 2-3 cars sounds about right.
