o1 modded gt vs 02 ta? ok i got one of those mustang guys wanting to race me in his 01 gt with exhaust, and built motor, auto buts says it is only a 330 hp at the wheels, my car is bone stock except 4.11s, exhaust but i know i can get better traction and mine is a 6 speed should i not waste my time to get embarresed or go ahead and race him

a 330rwhp gt with proper stall and gear shoul drag you. theres a h/c/i 01 gt around here wil 276 rwhp big stall with 4:10's and runs 12.70's. so id assume one with an extra 60 hp you would be in trouble. but your discription of his car is vague. race him and find out.

Sounds like a good race. You won't get embarassed unless you've been talking a lot of smack AND lose. That would be bad form.

well the guy chickened out said he needs newer tires but anyways i raced his buddy in a 05 gt 5 speed and won by about a link and a half but it was close for a while i figured i would have won easier he said it was stock but when i raced his 02 gt 5 speed i walked all over him
