Killed my own sh*t.
I'm such a dumbass and I've been kicking myself all day for this crap. Last night I had a poker game going at my house and one of the guys got a little drunk. He doesn't live too far from me but he was ripped so another friend of mine suggested us following him home. On our way back, I decide to get the car nasty on this turn where noone ever goes. Me, not drunk, but had a few didn't see this patch of gravel that my rear got sucked into. The car spins completely 180 and the right rear wheel slams into the curb hopping up on it. Long story short, a chunk of the wheel was busted out so far that the tire lost air. Also bent my rotor big time which is ok because I've already got new ones that I haven't put on yet. Thank god. Anyway, I guess I need a diaper for a little while because that was some shitty driving and really stupid. First time I've ever lost control like that and this situation was even as bad as others. Oh well. Live and learn I guess.

Almost killed my own **** last week doing a block long sideways burnout while taking a client out for a thrill ride. You know what happens when you let off the gas and the tries grab... caught it just in time before plowing into a curb.

Yeah. I wasn't drunk but I probably had enough to fail a sobriety test. The streets were dead too. There wasn't a soul around. But sober or not I didn't see that patch of gravel and MOBE is right, I did get off lucky. I usually have pretty good control over the car but I guess last night was a wake up call to let me know that there will be times when I'm not totally in control. You guys gatta see how goofy the car looks with the spare on it.

Your energy for spewing out annoying statements has surpassed my ability to respond to every one. I bid you farewell troll. If I ever drive through Texas in the SS, I'll keep a sharp eye out for a 12yr a kid playing with a micromachine BULLITT, and I'll make sure to run you over if spotted.
To the post starter, sorry to hear about your mishap.

Importkilla, same kind of thing happened to me in the 94 Camaro I used to have. Only I got into some water and lost control of the back end. Plowed right into a curb-tore up both salad shooters on the pass side, bent the axle, bent the rotor, tore up the suspension in the front, and put enough stress on the gear set to cause it, basically, to explode inside the case later down the line. Luckily enough, insurance paid for the whole damn thing!
You are very lucky that your *** isn't dead or your car messed up beyond repair, but like these guys said make sure you check everything. Good luck.
