I got owned!!! This happened last summer but I'll post it now since I became a member....
So I go meet up at the summer gathering spot at a diner, mind you this is my first time out with my new 04 GTO M6 headers, exhaust,and a CAI. We all head out to an industrialized area where the usual races happen, and a guy who drives a 2000 Firehawk comes and asks me if I want to run him. Hell it's my first race so i say why not... We go out into the street and get ready, by this time his friends and everyone are watching, and as for me, I am shitting myself as this thing pulls up to me.. He opens his cut-outs and does this burnout beyond burnouts, as im choking on his tire smoke I can only wonder how many car lengths he will win by? Okay I tell myself, I snap back to reality and the flagger is there, he asks if I am ready, OK, He asked the firehawk driver if he was ready,OK, then what seemed to be an eternity he flags us I launched at a high 3500 with street tires, so I am about 3 car lengths behind cannot get any traction, finally i get some traction. I am catching up and by that time A cop comes out of nowhere and chases the firehawk into a parking lot, and I blow past the cop through the stops sign and out into the darkness. I am shaking hard as hell and I stop at a gas station and wait for people to show up, my friends call me and ask where I am at, they show up at the gas station to let me know, The firehawk driver got his car towed and arrested!!! he jumped into the passenger seat with the cop behind him and said he was not driving! I could not help but laugh at that ****! SO all in all I lost that race, but still, I was cared shitless, I never went out there or raced again for weeks!

What?? Did the other driver really jump in the passenger seat with the cop behind him and say he was not driving?? Then who was he trying to blame it on?? lol.

similiar happen to me.. it was a honda crx i took off i was ahead and i saw lights but i taught it was the honda flashing.. when i turned around i saw the cop and he tryed to flag me down i hit the gas and bye bye!!! young and dumb..
