I see a bunch of GT's, saleens, 427R etc. but they avoid you at all costs. They will put the horse blinds on and wont look over at you or turn off the first road they can find. I even had a guy in a new GT run two red lights to try to avoid me lol.

The only 03 Cobra ive seen around here there was a 60yr old woman driving it no lie... I see a bunch of GT's, saleens, 427R etc. but they avoid you at all costs. They will put the horse blinds on and wont look over at you or turn off the first road they can find. I even had a guy in a new GT run two red lights to try to avoid me lol.

LOL....It's funny you say this cause I know exactly what your saying. I put a good beating on a lightning svt today and when we got to the next light, i looked in my side view mirror to see if he was gonna line up next to me again and watched him cut off 3 different cars and go through 3 lanes of traffic to get to the turn off lane.

LMAO. I don't have that issue. No one goes out of their way to avoid me. Quite to the contrary: the ppl who want to roll on me will cut ppl off just to get to me. I've never seen so many ppl go thru so much effort........just to get ***-reamed.

im not to fond of the new gt's i raced one in my truck and i pulled about a fender on a 15-75 mph but im sure he would kill me after that hit about 110 in my truck it slows down alot. its a 5.7 dodge ram 4.56 gear intake exhaust and superchips. nothing big jus putting my 2 cents in

it would run really high 13's or low low 14's 8.987 in the 1/8th never ran 1/4.
not like i said we ran a 1/4 mile anyways just went to 75 dude. i think there way over rated myself. took ford 10 years to run with a ls1.. and dont say anything like. what about a cobra..lol ill jus say what about a vette

First off Corvettes (excluding Z06s) aren't really any faster than F-bodies. Overall better performers/cars, but since you seem to be centered on straightline performance that's just how it goes. Second, I don't really think Ford cared much about how much faster LS1 F-bodies were than Mustang GTs when Mustangs were outselling the Camaro and Firebird COMBINED 4:1. The new GTs are low-mid 13s cars with a good driver, and simple mods can put them in the 12s. And they're getting a decent power bump soon.
