Not sure what kind of turbo they are using.. GT35R = 1200 dollars, Cams = 600+

4G63 is a VERY flexible engine platform.
If you think thats all he has invested in that car, you are an idiot.

So its safe to assume that you honestly think thats all he has invested in the car.

Yea, I don't know anything at all.

If you actually read the threads instead of just posting bullshit, you'd see I was working on an Evo the other day, which happened to fail a radiator pressure test, because the idiot owner was running 30PSI daily.

When you know something besides how to post on the internet, come back and start ****. Until then, shut the **** up.

Well first off, THANK YOU for your service to this country!!

Next, I am happy to hear that our military does this as procedure.
I can only hope it is the same for any/all other suppliers, for ALL of the other products that are needed (given that they are still available as sourced from U.S. manufacturers)!!

Here is a list I found of where suppliers get their oil:

These companies import Middle Eastern oil:

Shell......................... 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco......... 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon/Mobil...... ....... 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon/Speedway... 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco..........................62,231,000 barrels

Citgo gas is from South America, from a Dictator who hates Americans. If
you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION!
(oil is now $90 - $100 a barrel).

Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:

Sunoco.................0 barrels
Conoco.................0 barrels
Sinclair.................0 barrels
BP/Phillips.............0 barrels
BR Hess................0 barrels
ARC0....................0 barrels

I think the guy had more problems then just you working on it (although it seems you know more about Evo's than LS1's, which isn't much mind you). Especially if he was running 30psi of boost through his radiator.

*Note: yes I took this out of context, since I am a ricer I can do this.*

Yeah, thanks!

IF this is correct, it looks like I may be going back to Sunoco.

I just found it on another forum, but it says you can go to the Dept of Energy website and find the same information.

I run E85, so it doesn't matter much to me anyways

Wtf did you come up with these numbers? Getting an EVO that fast takes about 12k. So, lets say 33k (new EVO) + 12k (mods) makes the car 45k. Base price on a C5 Vette (non Z06) is ~43k (depending on year, up to 45k). So, now you have a Z06 (probably what... 65k?) WITH a PC, which is probably 10-12K (not installing yourself). That makes that car close to 80k. Oh, wait, the Z06 is built too... so even more money added.

Thats like saying you're not a sports enthusiast if you don't like every team in the league. Use some common sense and stop trying to act like you're better than anyone else because we don't like a certain type or brand of car.
That analogy is horrible. Being enthusiastic about sports (thus a sports enthusiast) has nothing to do with the teams. Liking/respecting the sport comes first, then the picking of favorite teams with in the sport.

A sports enthusiast might not like all SPORTS, but would at least respect all sports and not constantly talk **** about the ones they do not like, or the people who like them; enless they are immature.

Less than half as much invested? Procharger + Forged Internals + AFR Heads 'ect...' is less than say 6k?

You obviously know absolutely nothing about even your own piece of **** car.

Ever heard of a blown head gasket riceboy?? Thats what happens when you push 30PSI of boost through your stock engine. And blown head gaskets tend to fail cooling system pressure tests. Not that you would understand that in the first place, though.

Mabbott74 - GTFO. You joined just this week and have zero posts, another worthless troll joins the brigade.

No, I am not whomever Chrissy is.

I am a close friend of Robdevo and joined to look at the drama on the thread (I do almost nothing at work and am bored). I had to register to post, so I did. I asked some valid questions reguarding posts made by mr. banned.

Only response I get is him calling me a troll .
