I realize that, but I dont think im doing to bad for the mods I have. Half of them are used recycled parts. With a real drag radial I think I could drop .2 easily.

A 2.8 pulley with a 100mm idler will put him at a low 12 at 113-117mph from what I've seen. Thats the same setup as Dynotune04 and I'm sure he will chime in here soon to give you a better answer.
i went 12.26 @ 121 with a 2.0 60 ft leaving the hole at 2k rpm with 30 psi of pressure in my tires. 1st attempt at launching with the irs at the track. im going back on the 24th and ill report my #'s

O.K. but don't forget to change your pully and install some spray.. LOL J/K.. You do realize that a stock exhaust only Cobra has no chance of winning against my car right? Not trying to down your car by any means but your gonna have to do something different if you gonna beat me.. Give me a shout when you might be heading this way. Lets get some oppinions on this one.. What would he have to do to out run me. I am making 414rwhp (unlocked) best time so far at the track is 11.72 @ 115. Once I get the new converter in and put the 28" tall tires on it should be in the low 11's @ 118-122mph. If I am sounding to cocky I applogize!!!

He'll need tires, a pulley, a tune, CAI, and a catback...and he'll need
to know how to really drive it. Those little mods can equate to 11.20's-11.30's. That's if he can row like nobodies business. Realistically, he'll
need a ported blower as well. With the ported blower comes a boost-a-pump
and new injectors (55's or 60's) followed by a clutch.

460rwhp is easy to attain. 500rwhp costs more. A ported blower really
wakes the car up though.

As your car sits, pulley/bolt-ons/tire/driver should put him right there from a dig and ahead from a roll.

After your tires/converter (with your assumption of low 11's at 118-122) a twin-screw or spray would likely be needed to put you in his rear-view mirror.

Pulley, ported blower, SRA, 55cc injectors, a CAI and a new clutch sound good to you?
I will have some Hoosiers when the time comes hopefully

Well I know the car has alot left in it. The converter that I have now is the same converter I was running when I was boltons only. The torqe comes in alot higher now so the converter might be flashing to 3000rpm. Already talked to PTC about sending it back for the rebuild so I will be pulling it out this weekend. If I am still unhappy with the it I'll just buy the yank SS4400 stall.

That would be 55lb injectors.

Sounds like you're going to have some fun!

like unit said. a pulley with a good tune, a good set of tires and someone who can row gears big time can get a pullied cobra into the low 11's but its not the norm. so to be on the safe side id say it would need a ported blower.

i would have gone with 60 lbs injectors sct big air 2800 and twin gt pumps and leave some room on the fuel side for a twin screw down the road. thats my plan anyway but i just may skip the ported blower stage.

my car makes 460. when i raced it i wasnt trying to get any great numbers with it. i basicly went up to see how the car would react and get some seat time. no power shifting, no launch very mild burnout. when i go up a week from saturday im goin for broke. i picked up a stock solid rear axle out of a gt i can throw in for the time being if i brake the irs. But the plan is NOT to break it but run some good #'s.
