Hanging out at the local Wal-Mart, Anthony (240 Guy) pulls up. Another motor, bigger turbo, and now nitrous. I was dicking around with him and wanted to race with him jsut to see how bad he would beat me. (Keep in mind my best run was a 13.3) "Sure," he says.

Everything Else:
We go not-too-far out of town on a deserted stretch of highway. A few folks follow us. They all park on the margin. My best friend (267lbs.) is riding shotgun with me and Anthony also has a pretty large dude with him. He pulls up and I hang back for just a second. My buddy drips some water and lets me do a burnout (which they thought was overrated). I do so. 3 honks, I jump 3 cars and slowly gained and then hung there until about 120 (where my rev-limiter started spiking and I realized I left the shifter in 3rd ).

Conclusion:
I had some fun, considering I beat a low-12s car with my slow *** 208,XXX-mile Camaro. They swore that I sprayed it. I didn't. All-in-all, I seriously believe he can take me. He was on street tires so I'm sure he spun. But in the end, we all had fun. Thanks for your time, and good night!

I have raced Anthony to. I don't think he had all that work done yet but still he has a hell of a car. When we raced it was pretty much the same out come took him off the line and stayed in front till I shut down at alittle over 100. But he was spinning the whole time. If he had tires he would have won. But we turned around and went from a roll and he destroyed me but I figured he would. And this was when I was stock.

Yeah street tires are probably what killed him.

The VG30 is a Nissan engine though, not a turbo.

Yeah, I was VERY surprised I won. I'm not sure on his traps, I've only seen him run a couple times. I know he ran a 12.3. I'll ask him later on tonight what he trapped at. I'm guessing something like 112.

With a 12.3 I'd expect traps around 118 unless he is running a very conservative tune.

From a roll he jump like 2 to 3 car lengths as soon as we started then he keep pulling and I just shut down there was no point on screwing up my car. But I live in millbrook. I think he use to date a girl that lived across the street so I would see him around alot

Yeah I'm not into the whole Nissan ordeal so I'm pretty sure you're right. As far as I know, however, his car should have beaten me and it didn't; he doesn't have too much time to do it either . Oh, a stalled/built tranny and 408 never sounded so good!

Just saying with the light car, and an ET of 12.3 similar setups are anywhere from 116-122 mph

I used to come out there twice a week at night to go to AUM but other than that I only go out there every now and then. It takes a quarter of a tank to get there and back but I drive alittle crazy but I'll be out there this Sat. for sure

yeah thats not me I'm always lookin around. And I know of at least 2 to 3 black trans ams in millbrook it makes me mad thought i had the only black one in town but once I get my rims no one should look just like me but knowing my luck someone will get them too

That sounds like a great kill. All that power and no weight doesn't mean a thing if you can't put it to the ground. I would have then run him from a roll, though, just to see how bad he would have beat me (if I had your car, that is ).

haha yeap we use to hang out in the kmart parking lot in Prattville but the cops keep telling us to leave but there would always be car there on Fri. and Sat nights until the tornado can and tore it up

I have never heard of anybody using a stock Z32 turbo on a 240sx. Interesting.

He's creative, at most. *EDIT*: I hope you're not implying the factory KA setup, because he's far from it now. From what I've read, the T25 with the T2 turbine spools quicker than a RB26 turbo. I hate Nissan...

Yeah that tornado fucked up the town's economy. Some of the Honda kids still go hang around up there. Not too much V8 power around the town here nowadays. Allen and Eric are about as hot as it gets. We (my shop) are usually the only ones that deal with LS1s in town, besides of course the backyard mechanics, and we don't get too many appointments. You should come to town Fridays or Saturdays. There's usually someone at Wal-Mart on ATL. Hwy. or Sports Authority in the back parking lot. I chill with the Honda kids because I'm more in their age group, but we all know who's the fastest...
