There is a GT500 with not much done at all to it that is fast as ****!!! Then again the driver can out drive any person in this town I'm pretty sure.

Agreed, but only if the driver doesn't suck complete *** (which ever one that I've seen does). The last one I raced beat me by .1 seconds and less that 2 mph with 130+ extra rwhp and way more torque, and both of us on Nittos. Obviously if it was just up to the cars then the GT500 would be way faster, but unfortunately for the GT500 most of their owners can't drive. Seems like the majority that I see at the track run low 12's to very high 11's on drag radials with the basic bolt-ons (usually on the low 120's mph.)

And as far as weight goes, the GT500 looks like a lightweight compared to that fat turd of a Challenger

I have no trouble believing that. That's the biggest reason I'll never own either of those cars. I'd buy a used 03/04 Cobra or C6 first any day of the week.

Remember that Mach1 I mentioned earlyier in this thread??? Well someone had gotten a video of him... He was running alot faster times than that, he was illegal, so he had to slow it down in order to run CCC.
