Turbo CIVIC wouldn't give up
Bad weekend for imports in SoCal, I must of had 3 on Friday night try me and 1 on Saturday who just wouldn't give up!
Saturnight was the best.
My wife and I were coming home from dinner, when this Civic is just all over my bumper. As soon as traffic cleared he breaks out on the left, and gets shut down hard from my 2nd gear. As we make it to the next light we both turn right. And here we go again Pulls up next to me and we go from a second gear roll, but this time The old M6 (trans ) finds 1st instead of 3rd ....... nasty, but I pulled it back together and held him. Now the wife is saying "This guys on the bottle" and I'm like BS .
So now my ego is on the line, I stop and wait for this guy. We start on a first gear roll ( 15-20). Now its on 1st pulled pretty good about a full length, second pulled about another length and I finally got 3rd to work but shut it down.... things were getting ugly for the honda.
We stopped and talked, turns out its some built turbo motor, only running a moderate amount of boost (so he said)
It did pull pretty good for a Civic, but this only means I need to get my Mods done soon!

Re: Turbo CIVIC wouldn't give up
I'm guessin this is while in the TA, or was this in one of the other cars?
The only thing I really have to say about this is cool wife! I hope my wifie (when I get older hehe) are as willing to race as she is. All my gfs with the exception of one, yell whenever I go fast.
