went street racing tonight so i went street racing tonight. there was alot of good cars running out there. a few 600 hp surpras and a 720 hp c6 z06 with a 250 shot which was bad ***. but anyway i got to race a 98 corvette, stock a4. we went from a dig, when i hit 2nd i had a car on him and by the end of 3rd i was about 2 cars ahead. after that race i ran a 03 cobra. it had smaller pulley intake exhaust a upgraded intercooler. we started off and when i hit 2nd i was a half a car ahead. when i hit third he was dead even and by the end of 3rd he was about a car and a half a head, i thought he would have beat me a lot worse with the mods he had but i dont know. over all i had a good time and got to see a lot of good races.

i know, like i said i thought the cobra would beat me a lot worse then he did. maybe he couldnt drive, or maybe he spun bad. who knows. i didnt get a chance to talk to him after the race.

ok so i got to talk to the guy with the cobra. i asked him what happened and he said that he was spinning pretty bad and that he didnt have any coolant in the intercooler. so that makes more since. he said he was making 450hp. but anyway him and my friend with a 2000 ta 6speed cam headers and tune with 376 hp raced. 1st race they both spun a lil hooked up at the same time and were gone, the ta won by a half a car. 2nd race the ta spun a lil worse than the cobra and the cobra won by a car. third race the ta blew the (crappy) tires off and got killed. we are all going to go to the strip and see what they can do this weekend. ill post what happens.
