For some reason the damn camera cut sound in and out... oh well. The video turned out ok, but it could have been better. Questions, Comments?

No I'm from Phoenix. I roll around in a bolt on stalled A4 with DRs, Top Down, with a fisherman hat. Outcome! i'll leave you in suspense!

yeah i hear that about gearing too, i wonder why that isn't the case with us. would 4.10s really make that much of a difference on my A4?

4.10's in a stalled A4 is pretty outrageous.

they make a huge difference. 430s with bold tires don't mix well. and not too mention he couldn't launch the car to save his life. imo the cobra would have lost either way, but it would be much closer. the cobra should have jumped out. oh well, great kill!

btw-don't worry about the haters on svt....

Enough with all the bench racing. A 4k stalled LS1 with a full exhaust on a tire is down right DIRTY.

On that run that little buddy posted i didn't even hook as good as i could have. If you listen closely you can here my let off just a bit as the car started to lose traction

Not that I'm trying to defend the cobra as he is the dumbass trying to run an auto from a dig with steep gears and bald radials but when I had my 4.56's just put in I had firestone SZ-50s on and I swear I lost about half a second ET or more. 1st, 2nd, and part of 3rd was useless. The car was not fun to drive. But once I had the DR's mounted the fun returned.

But from a dig with tires gears do wake up a N/A cobra a lot.

1st gear tranny ratio for me is 3.37. So its 3.37x4.56= 15.36

Good kill. I'll bet you that guy can't even get into the 13's with his setup.
