LS3 VS turbo pourshe well my brother got his new vette about a month 1/2 ago, and got some goodies on it 2 weeks ago so we went on a cruise down 10 in mexico looking for a good kill! Man we are lucky we saw a newer blk pourshe with big tires on the bck. Not sure what year, model or mods but man we no it had at least 1 turbo for sure! LOL! well we go on a 3 honk from appx 65-70 roll. Right on the third honk we pulled on him hard, at about 150 mph we shut it down and had 3-4 cars on him. He wanted a lower roll so we went from a 40 roll,it was closer but on top end we still ended up the same! No video but I will load up some pics of the vette soon!

I ahve to agree..I would have thought it would have been a more brutle outcome. Then again, it could have been a modded TT porscha.?

We demand pics of said LS3 Vette! He's got to be making some insaine power... What is he making on how much boost with the LS3? Did he forge the motor or is it a stock longblock? From what I know the LS3 heads and intake are no joke from the factory and with LS7 injectors it should be very boost friendly.

A Pro charged LS3 has to be one hell of a beast. That being said, some of the Porsche drivers are just asshats.. They get so pissed when a 70k car beats their precious 140k 'super car'.

What a tease this guy is! LOL, I could see someone having quite the quandry in deciding to go with an LS3 with Z51 equipment or just go ***** deep and get the Z06. The sheer power differences aren't that big of a deal really between the two. Although the magical 427cid is something to behold, the LS3 is legitimate in it's own rite. Alright dude, post that ****!

well sorry to keep u waiting ive been wrking alot but the only thing I can say about my brothers car is it has a p1 procharger and making a little over 500 at the wheels with just 5-6 lbs on stock block.Sorry cant post no picks my bro dnt want me too.
