This was a funny story so I thought I would share. I was driving down the freeway the other day and I came across a 99 or 01 cobra with a 50+ year old guy driving it rather aggressivly, so get up next to him and he hits it. I follow suit and put a few cars on him pretty quick. He pulls up next to me and makes the money sign, I chuckle and roll down the window, he proceeds to tell me he's tuning it right then and has "no power", I laugh and say that's fine, i'll just open my bottle for you. The dude had the most dumbfounded look ever, rolled his window up and took off, he was about 2 cars ahead of me when I hit it in 2nd and by the time I hit 4th, I was charging past this guy, he looked kinda pissed. I didn't hear any blower to those wondering, just motor. I just love the ignorance of some Stang owners...

I just raced me an 99 or 01 cobra today. Some dude with his wife. Pretty good race until I hit 3rd (I spun through 1st and 2nd). He drove by and said nice car. Not all of them can be *** holes.

What I'm reading is you coming up on a guy in the process of tuning his car who gives you a little run anyway, tells you his car has no power, and then races you again. I don't see anything in there to show ignorance (except for possibly hurting his car)
Or cockiness.

He was very arrogant when he asked for a cash race, tried to make it sound like he's got a shitload of power left. I told him about the bottle just to let him know I've got a lot left to... Seems like a lot of people understood it fine, how come you couldn't? You always stir the pot in almost every thread you post in...

The way you explain it now makes it seem different than your original post. Some of the "lot of people" that understood would say "good kill" no matter what. From what I read, it almost made it sound like he was making the sign for "I don't have much money," and then he said he was still tuning his setup. If you had said in your original post, "He asked for a cash race and tried to make it sound like he had a shitload of power left," then there would be no confusion. I'm not "stirring the pot."

The original post isn't exactly the clearest thing in the world... I'm not the only person that was a bit confused. But then the OP cleared up what he meant. The only person "stirring the pot" is you, trying to make this something that it isn't.

For one, you've been here a whole ******* month... good for you. If you notice, EVERY KILL IN THIS SECTION is with a Mustang damn near. So if there's something I see as a discrepancy, there's a good chance it's gonna be in the thread involving a Mustang. If a stock Mach 1 pulls an F-body up top, I say something. If a stock F-body beats a bolt-on Mach in the 1/4 by 5 cars, I say something. It goes both ways. Pull your head out of your *** and you just might see that
