Default Killed a Brand New Roush Stage2 Stang

A guy around the house just got a new Roush and has been out runnin his jaws already, So I figured I would clean up the car and go Mustang hunting to see if he was out in town. Stopped by Long John's to grab a bite to eat and luckily he was sittin in the parking lot. So I go over and start up a convo about his new ride and he proceeds to tell me how fast it is and says he would follow me up the Bypass. I also just put my new Nitto's on!

So he wanted to go from a dig and I was more than happy. I honked it off and he dead hooked and pulled a fender on me. After I quit spinnin, I went around him pretty quick! and I shut it down after 3rd and had about 6 or 7 cars on him. He laughed about it and said he knew I was gonna bust him. It was all fun and I told him to give me a call if he wants to run it again!
haha Had a fun night overall!

Good kill. I figured the stage 2s were a little faster.

Just the other day 2 dudes pulled up to where I work in a brand new stage 1, showing it off to my girl,(she knew them from HS) and wanted to run who ever had the maroon camaro. My gf hates racing and wouldn't watch the place so I could go dust these guys' a$$es. They had some nerve!

Nice kill. Thats pretty cool that he was actually laughing about it instead of making up all kinds of excuses.

Nice kill. 6-7 cars by third with him taking the hit is a LOT.

Well, like you said he had just gotten the car and he probably couldn't drive it to its full potential thus the 6-7 car length loss. Good kill

good kill.

the roushcharged thing is 427hp?
there is one in town with 'boss 302' style stripes that say 427 on them ... he revs it way high all the time and it sounds nice (no whistle I can hear) but when lined up he wouldn't go ... wonder if it's just stickers though
enough of my babbling

It makes 427 at the crank, according to Roush. I haven't found one that would play either. They do look pretty nice though.

The stg 3 is different from teh 427r package. the 427r is the stg3 with a few added things (mostly looks though).

"Rouchchargers" are very inefficient blowers and you can't spin them higher than 7psi (without some serious custom ****). They come stock with 5 psi and only put down roughly 350-360rwhp.

Upper 12s lower 13s pretty much. some have hit mid 12s from what I have 'heard'.
