Cam 93 Z28 w/ LS1 vs LT1 on 150shot Ok so here's the long of the story: We were at the dragstrip and found this CLEAN purple pearl metallic 93 z28 making some very nice passes. We all thought "damn thats a quick LT1". So as the dragstrip is closing down he calls out ALL of us. (my car, a camd 02 WS6, bolton 02 WS6, bolton 99 Z28 and a GTO). I ended up going to get food and then to our usual spot, and about 15 minutes later everyone rolls in and they said "dude he's sprayin the **** out of that, he kept up with Brandon (cam'd tuned 02 WS6, very fast) and the WS6 only put like a half car on him. So they tell me I need to race him, spray LT1 vs spray LT1. So I go over to talk to the guy, this car is almost MINT. its got LS1 interior, LS1 brakes, black ZR1s and immaculate paint. After we talk about his LS1 interior, he pops his hood to show and behold the LS1, with no spray. And everyone thought he was spraying because "there's no way the LT1 could keep up that well"
To the racing: Well we take it to the highway and do my pick of a 40 roll. and I immediately jump out and put about 1.5-2 cars on him when we shut down at about 125. He then chooses a 30ish roll, he actually launched a little too soon, but i realed him in QUICK. At the top of 2nd his front bumper was probably at my rear. I ended up missing 3rd and then see his jump out in front of me. I land 3rd and floor it, and then pass him right up again. When we shut down at top of 4th I had about only a car on him.
He had a quick car, but not quick enough
. Oh and both are 6speeds
My mods: longtubes, ORY, Hooker aerochamber, BBK 58mm, 150 wetshot, LS1 driveshaft, Hurst

Honestly I don't remember any of his times. The track prep was horrible. I had more fun on the street, where i actually hook better!.
