Ricer Flyby
So...today was my first day off since I bought my z28 about 2 weeks ago. I went out to get some gas in it and was on the only really open road in my area. So I come to a traffic light and a Subaru WRX pulls up. Says he's done some stuff and would like to do a jump off the line. I say "Why not? I've been waiting to open this thing up for real anyway." So we launch holding pretty steady near each other, he has an edge though with a turbo (I'm assuming since it is a newer WRX. I really couldn't hear since I had windows up and music on.) We get to a busier part of the road and mutually let off.
THEN out of absolutely NOWHERE a Honda Civic hatch comes flying by both of us easily doing 100mph. I say 100 'cause I was doing about 75.
Now..I may be new to this whole street racing scene but..that has to be the definition of a "ricer flyby" haha.

It seems the ricetards have something to prove (superiority of Japan, etc.??)?
Of course now ALL of the I.D.L.ers will POUR in here to claim that there are just as mnay domestics (if not more) that act this way.
Here they come in 3-2-1...

Typically, yes, it is the loser of the race. But in this instance..the Honda wasn't even involved in the race. I wonder how long had he to floor it to even catch up with us though haha
