Which car would win on the street in a race if both cars were stock? I have heard that the Mach 1s are on par with a stock LS1 Fbody, but my friend is saying that the LS1 GTOs are quicker.

IBTL, but the only way a Mach should ever come close to losing to an LS1 GTO is if the GTO is a 6spd and the Mach is an automatic. And even then it should be close.
