Trans Am vs Ls2 Gto
Hey, So i was just cruising around last night when I came up on a Ls2 GTO... We paced each other at about 20mph and hit it at the exact same time. through the rest of first I pulled maybe a few feet, and when i Shifted into second I prolly gained a half a car or so. Then we had to slow down for cars up ahead, but I think with more room i would have pulled more on him.
His car was stock i am sure and i think a auto. My car is a bonestock 99 trans am m6. I also had one passenger and he had no one in his car.

My experience to your runs are similar. Ask me how I know. My ws-6 will pull my gto a car in ever gear up to fourth expcept 1st. The TA only gets about a half car in first and that's with a perfect launch on both cars. D3's on the ta and BF gd KWD's on the goat. I've raced another stock A4 06 GTO with the ta with similar results. I only wished the ta had the ls2, it really is a superior engine, with much better low end response. Anyway my point is m6>auto unless always unless auto is stalled.
